الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى تأثير الأنظمة والعمليات الذكية على أداء المؤسسة من خلال الإبداع التنظيمي في المؤسسات الناشئة بالجزائر، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع استخدام الاستمارة لجمع البيانات، والتي وزعت على عينة عشوائية من المؤسسات قدر عددهم 255مؤسسة، كما تم استخدام النمذجة بالمعادلات البنائية من خلال برنامجSmart pls 4لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك تأثير ضعيف غير مباشر بين الأنظمة والعمليات الذكية وأداء المؤسسات الناشئة بالجزائر من خلال الإبداع التنظيمي المعبر عنه بمعامل الارتباط التي قدرت ب 07,6 %، بينما كان التأثير المباشر أكبر مع معامل ارتباط 70,5%، هذا ما يستوجب على المؤسسات الناشئة بالجزائر الاهتمام أكثر بالإبداع التنظيمي لكي يحقق الدور المتوقع منه في تحسين وتقوية الأثر بين الأنظمة والعمليات الذكية وأداء المؤسسة. This study aims to determine the extent of the impact of Intelligence systems and processes on the performance of the company through organizational innovation in the start ups in Algeria, based on the descriptive analytical approach questionnaire, was distributed to a random sample of the 255companies.The structural equations modeling was used through the Smart pls 4 program to test the hypotheses of the study. The study concluded that there is a weak indirect effect between smart systems and processes and the performance of start ups in Algeria through organizational creativity expressed by a correlation coefficient estimated at 07.6%, while the direct effect was greater with a correlation coefficient of 70.5%. start ups in Algeria pay more attention to organizational innovation in order to achieve the role expected from it in improving and strengthening the impact between intelligence systems and processes and the performance of the company.
