الملخص

الملخص: يتناول المقال أحد أهم المفاهيم الحديثة في علم النفس الصحي، والتي لا تزال البحوث العربية حولها قليلة– في حدود اطلاع الباحثتان- وهو الشعور بالتماسك النفسي "لأنتونفسكي" (1979) في دراساته حول الصحة والمرض.تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستويات مشاعر التماسك النفسي والفروق فيها حسب نوع المرض ومدته وجنس المرضى لدى عينة متكونة من 110 من المرضى المصابين بأمراض مزمنة، بمدينة ورقلة بالجزائر، تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية، وذلك بإتباع المنهج الوصفي ألارتباطي. باستخدام مقياس التماسك النفسي (المختصر) لانتونفسكي، توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى منخفض من الشعور بالتماسك النفسي لدى المرضى، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة في التماسك النفسي حسب الجنس ونوع المرض، بينما كانت الفروق دالة إحصائيا في الشعور بالتماسك النفسي حسب مدة المرض، وتم تفسير النتائج وفق ما أشارت إليه الدراسات السابقة. Abstract: The article deals with one of the most important modern concepts in health psychology, on which Arab research is still lacking - within the limits of the two researchers' knowledge- a feeling of psychological cohesion "for Antonovski " (1979) in his studies on health and disease, and the current study aims to identify levels of Feelings of psychological cohesion and the differences in it according to the type of disease, its duration and the sex of the patients. In a sample consisting of 110 patients with chronic diseases, in the city of Ouargla, Algeria, and using the descriptive method, and using the psychological measure of cohesion (summary) of Antonovski ", The results of the study found a low level of feeling of the sense of coherence in patients with chronic disease. The study also found no significant differences in psychological cohesion by sex and type of disease, While the differences were statistically significant in the sense of coherence depending on the duration of the disease.
