الملخص
يعد التخطيط الإجمالي للإنتاج واحد من العمليات الإدارية التي تكسب المنظمات فن التعامل مع المعلومة الاقتصادية بهدف الحصول على قرارات تشغليه صحيحة. انطلاقا من ذلك هدفت هذه الدراسة الى محاولة تقديم خطة عمل تشغليه تقوم على اختيار خيار استراتيجي واحد من ضمن البدائل الاستراتيجية للتخطيط الإجمالي للإنتاج المتاحة لمؤسسة الاسمنت "ECDE" بالشلف والتي تحقق أقل تكلفة ممكنة في ظل أزمة كوفيد 19. من أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف تمّ جمع البيانات الضرورية من مديرية التخطيط والتنظيم بالمؤسسة عن طريق المقابلة مع مختلف الموظفين، ولأجل تحليل هذه البيانات استخدمنا المنهج الاستنباطي والاستقرائي بأدوات الوصف والتحليل. في نهاية الدراسة توصلنا الى مجموعة من النتائج المهمة، ومن بينها أن اللجوء إلى التخطيط الإجمالي للإنتاج هو عملية مهمة في تصويب القرارات الإنتاجية للمؤسسة، من جهة أخرى تبين أن استراتيجية التحكم في المخزون هو الخيار الأمثل عمليا في ظل أزمة كوفيد 19، فهو أقل تكلفة. aggregate production Planning)APP( gains enterprises the art of handling economic information to obtain valid operating decisions. The aim of this study is to try to present a plan of action that is based on the selection of one strategic option among the strategic alternatives to the APP available to the Chlef cement factory "ECDE", which achieves the lowest possible cost under the Covid-19 crisis. for achieving this goal, the necessary data was collected from the organization and planning Directorate by interviewing the various employees. in order to analyze this data, we used the deductive and inductive approach with description and analysis tools. At the end of the study, we reached a series of important results, including that APP leads to correction of the organization's productive decisions, and that the inventory control strategy is the Practically perfect choice and the lowest cost under the Covid-19 crisis The study aims to choose one or more strategic options, or alternatives based on the trial-and-error method, which achieves the lowest cost and can be applied in light of the Covid 19 crisis. The inventory control option has been found to be the best option under the COVID-19 crisis, as it achieves the lowest cost, as well as does not stress workers and does not affect their health, unlike the option of controlling overtime, which is considered the least expensive among the rest of the other strategic options, except that This option may overwhelm workers.
