فاعلية أنظمة الرقابة الداخلية في تطوير الأداء المالي للمصارف التجارية في غزة

الملخص
تناولت هذه الدراسة إشكالية مدى فعالية أنظمة الرقابة الداخلية في تطوير الأداء المالي في بنك فلسطين،وهدفت إلى التعرف على مدى فعالية أنظمة الرقابة الداخلية في تطوير الأداء المالي و الكشف عن علاقة الخدمات البنكية عبر الانترنت بفاعلية نظام الرقابة الداخلية في بنك فلسطين. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال الإستبانة وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج والتوصيات التالية: وجود علاقة إرتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة ( ) بين الالتزام بأهداف،المعلومات،المدخلات،أساليب الرقابة و نظام الرقابة الداخلية وتطوير الأداء المالي في بنك فلسطين. ضرورة تأثير نظام الرقابة الداخلية على تنمية الكفاية الإنتاجية. ضرورة العمل على تقديم النظام النتائج بصحة عالية جداً فضلاً على أنه يعطي نتائج خالية من أي نسبة خطأ. This study addressed the problem of the effectiveness of internal control systems in developing the financial performance in Bank of Palestine, and aimed to identify the extent of the effectiveness of internal control systems in developing financial performance and revealing the relationship of online banking services to the effectiveness of the internal control system in Bank of Palestine. The descriptive analytical approach was used through the questionnaire, and the study reached the following results and recommendations: There is a statistically significant correlation at the level of significance ( ) between commitment to objectives, information, inputs, control methods, the internal control system and the development of financial performance in Bank of Palestine. The necessity of the impact of the internal control system on the development of productive efficiency. It is necessary to work on the system to provide results with very high accuracy, in addition to that it gives results free of any error rate.
