الملخص
تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في الإجابة على السؤال ما مدي ملائمة نظام الإيرادات في دائرة دمغ ومراقبة المعادن الثمينة في وزارة الاقتصاد الفلسطيني ؟هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم نظام تحصيل الإيرادات في دائرة دمغ ومراقبة المعادن الثمينة بوزارة الاقتصاد الوطني.و معرفة مدي فاعلية وكفاءة الرقابة علي هذه الإيرادات في دائرة دمغ ومراقبة المعادن الثمينة .وكانت أهم النتائج المحافظة علي خلو السوق من جميع أنواع الغش وليس عمل مشاكل أو منازعات مع التجار والهدف فها إحكام الرقابة علي الذهب والمعادن الثمينة الأخرى . المرونة والحركة وحسن التصرف والبعد عن الروتين . الإلمام التام بكافة القوانين والقرارات ذات العلاقة والوقوف باستمرار على أن تعديل أو إلغاء أو صدور قرارات ذات علاقة في مجال إختصاصة. البعد عن مواطن الشبهات والمجاملات على حساب العمل ومصلحته. The problem of the study is to answer the question: What is the suitability of the revenue system in the Department of Stamping and Control of Precious Metals in the Palestinian Ministry of Economy? The study aimed to evaluate the revenue collection system in the Department of Stamping and Control of Precious Metals in the Ministry of National Economy. And to know the effectiveness and efficiency of controlling these revenues in The Department of Stamping and Control of Precious Metals. The most important results were to keep the market free of all types of fraud and not to create problems or disputes with merchants. The aim is to tighten control over gold and other precious metals. Flexibility, movement, good behavior and avoiding routine. Be fully familiar with all relevant laws and decisions and stand constantly on amending, canceling or issuing relevant decisions in the field of specialization. The distance from suspicions and compliments at the expense and interest of the work.
