دور المواطن الصحفي في توجيه وتشكيل الرأي العام / دراسة ميدانية على عيّنة من الشباب المستخدمين لشبكة الفايسبوك

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور الذي يلعبه المواطن الصحفي في توجيه وتكوين الرأي العام وهذا من خلال ما ينتجه وينشره من قصص إخبارية تمس كل مجالات الحياة عبر شبكة الفايسبوك مع تسليط الضوء على عوامل جذب اهتمام الجمهور نحو مضامين هذه القصص . وهذا بتوظيف المنهج المسحي الوصفي واستمارة الاستبيان على عيّنة من طلبة الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة الجزائر 3 . وتوصّلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها تعاظم قدرة المواطنين الصحفيين على إحداث التغيير في كل المجالات وتكوين وتشكيل وتوجيه الرأي العام حول قضية معيّنة ، وهذا بتوظيف المهارات المكتسبة من ممارسة صحافة المواطن وتجنيد الجماهير التي تعودت على تلقي ومتابعة المحتويات والمضامين التي ينتجها وينشرها المواطنون الصحفيون عبر شبكة الفايسبوك . This study aims to know the role that the citizen journalist plays in guiding and forming public opinion, and this is through what he produces and publishes of news stories that touch on all areas of life through the Facebook network, while highlighting the factors that attract the public’s interest towards the contents of these stories. This is done by employing the descriptive survey method and questionnaire on a sample of media and communication students at the University of Algiers 3. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the increased ability of citizen journalists to bring about change in all fields and to form, shape and direct public opinion on a specific issue, and this is by employing the skills gained from practicing citizen journalism and recruiting the masses who are accustomed to receiving and following up on the contents and contents produced and published by citizen journalists through the network Facebook.
