Entrepreneurship A Pivotal Mechanism For Achieving Sustainable Development In Algeria _reality And Expectations_

Abstract

Economists agree that sustainable entrepreneurship is the basis of any economy for its growth and development . From this standpoint, the aim of this article is to highlight the extent to which entrepreneurship contributes to achieving sustainable development in Algeria. To achieve this, we relied on the descriptive analytical method. The most important results of this study showed that: sustainable entrepreneurship is Algeria's present and future wealth through its achievement of added economic value, its dependence on social responsibility, and the preservation of the environment. يُجمع المختصون الاقتصاديون على أن المقاولة المستدامة هي العمود الفقري لأي اقتصاد لنموه وتطوره،من هذا المنطلق جاء هذا المقال بهدف ابراز مدى مساهمة المقاولاتية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر،ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي،فأظهرت أهم نتائج هذه الدراسة أن:المقاولاتية المستدامة ثروة الجزائر حاضرا ومستقبلا من خلال تحقيقها للقيمة الاقتصادية المضافة واعتمادها على المسؤولية الاجتماعية والمحافظة على البيئة؛ ترتكز الممارسة المقاولاتية المستدامة على الجرأة والمخاطرة واغتنام الفرص المناسبة،وعلى الاختلافات في المستوى الموجودة بين الأشخاص حيث يظهر المقاول الناجح ابتكارات جديدة و تنظيم عال المستوى.
