الملخص
الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة الى بحث إذاعة بيان أوّل نوفمبر من طرف مؤسسة إعلامية مسموعة، هي إذاعة بودابست المجرية،وتداعيات الموقف التاريخي المتخذ لصالح الثورة الجزائرية، على إدارة الاحتلال الفرنسي و آليات تعاطيها مع الوضع الجديد الذي أفرزته عملية إذاعة البيان خاصة و أنه جاء في سياق متناغم مع إذاعة البيان من طرف إذاعة"صوت العرب" بالقاهرة، الأمر الذي زاد من مخاوف سلطة الاحتلال، التي انتابها الشكّ من إمكانية حدوث مؤامرة ضدّها،انضوت في سياق الحرب بين المعسكرين الشرقي و الغربي . ولاستجلاء حقيقة دور إذاعة بودابست،عدنا إلى بعض المصادر و المراجع ذات الصلّة بالموضوع،على الرغم من قلّتها،وانتهينا إلى جملة من النتائج، منها، أنّ عدالة القضية الجزائرية و خصوصياتها التاريخية والجغرافية و الثقافية وطول الاحتلال وشدّة الظلم المسلط على الجزائر، حرّك النخب والهيآت والمنظمات على اختلاف ثقافاتها ودياناتها وفلسفاتها على التعاطي بصورة تعكس الحضور الانساني لديها.وإلى جانب ذلك، وقفنا على رصد ومتابعة قادة و مسؤولي الثورة الجزائرية للمتعاطفين أو المتضامنين مع القضية الجزائرية،بصرف النظر عن حجم وشكل التضامن . Abstract : In this research we try to examine the dissemination of the proclamation of the first november ,1954 by the radio waves of Budapest,after the “The Arab voice” in Egypt, and the impact of this position through the administration French colonial, wich deepended its suspicion on the validity of the hypothesis of the international plot against France, on the other hand, this took place in the context of the cold war between the two camps of the East and the West . In order to study this subject we deepened our bibliographical research . we have concluded a number of results ,we can mention them. The justice of the Algerian cause ,its historical,geograpohical and cultural peculiarities , the intensity of the dominion of over Algeria ,people and soil since 1830,have stimulated élites ,and organisations of different culture ,religions, and philosophies to engage in a manar that reflecs their human presence .as well as monitoring the leaders and officials of the Algerian revolution for all those who sympathize with the Algerian cause ,no matter what the form of solidarity and deeping communication with him in order to encourage them by provinding media information to improve the political and media position.
