الملخص

: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة العوامل المؤثرة في الثقة التنظيمية من وجهة نظر العاملين (الإداريين) في جامعة غرداية، ولتحقيق الهدف الرئيس للدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي (أسلوب دراسة الحالة) ولجمع المعلومات الأولية تم تصميم استبيان وتوزيعه على عينة الدراسة البالغ عددها 91مفردة وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها: - هناك ممارسة للعوامل المؤثرة في الثقة التنظيمية في جامعة غرداية لكنها بدرجة متوسطة من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها؛ - عدم توافر المعلومات التي يحتاجها العاملين في العمل وعدم المعاملة الجيدة من طرف الرئيس المباشر كانتا العبارتان الوحدتان التي تحصلتا على أضعف درجة من وجهة نظر العاملين في جامعة غرداية؛ - تختلف درجة ممارسة العوامل المؤثرة في الثقة التنظيمية في جامعة غرداية باختلاف الجنس (ذكر، أنثى) من وجهة نظر العاملين في جامعة غرداية. The objective of this study is to uncover the degree of the influence of factors affecting organizational trust from the point of view of the administrative staff at Ghardaia University ,To achieve the main objective of the study, the descriptive approach was used to collect the preliminary information. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which were : - There is a practice of factors affecting organizational trust at the University of Ghardaia, but to a degree from the perspective of its employees; - Lack of information needed by workers and lack of good treatment by the direct president were the only two terms obtained the weakest degree from the perspective of workers at the University of Ghardaia; - The degree of the influence of the factors affecting the organizational trust in the University of Ghardaia varies according to gender (male, female) from the point of view of workers at the University of Ghardaia.
