The Applicability Of The Overall Culture Of Quality In Institutes Of Science And Technology Of Sports And Sporting Activities A Pilot Study In A Sample Of I.s.t.a.p.s Ouargla Perspective Members

الملخص
The research aims to identify the concept of quality and the concept of quality standards in educational institutions, as well as evaluating some quality standards in the I.S.T.A.P.S - University of Ouargla, from the perspective of I.S.T.A.P.S members. The population of research to all members of the I.S.T.A.P.S - University of Ouargla for the academic year 2017/2018 and of the number (18) faculty member, was chosen as a random sample of members of the I.S.T.A.P.S 's (12) and distributed them to identify the study and collection of them ( 10) questionnaire, and ruled out (02) to identify the lack of suitability to be a final sample size (75) I.S.T.A.P.S member.The most important results are based organization specific instructions to determine the hours of teaching for I.S.T.A.P.S members according to degrees. The Foundation is also keen to accept students in the preparation of preliminary studies and plans in accordance with the assessments
