Evaluating The Degree Of Adoption Of Knowledge Management Processes For Institutes Of Science And Technology Of Physical And Sports Activities From The Point Of View Of Professors According To Some Personal Variables (academic Qualification, Years Of Service)

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree of professors’ adoption of knowledge management processes in institutes of science and technology of physical and sports activities from the professors’ point of view, according to some personal variables (academic qualification, years of service) at Souk Ahras University. The study used the descriptive approach. The basic sample for the study was formed. from (19) Professor. The sample was chosen intentionally. A questionnaire was constructed specifically for the degree of process adoption, containing (26) statements The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the degree of adoption of knowledge management processes at the institute from the point of view of professors was moderate, also that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level α ≥ 0.05. This is due to the academic degree variable, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences at the significance level α ≥ 0.05It is attributed to the variable of professional experience. .
