الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى اهتمام المؤسسة برأس المال الفكري وعلاقته بالإبداع الإداري،وتم الاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات وقد وزعت على عينة عشوائية بلغ حجمها60 موظف من موظفي المؤسسة وكان عدد الاستبانات الصالحة للتحليل45 استبانة ليتم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج .19 spssv الإحصائي.وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيرات الدراسة المستقلة الخاصة برأس المال الفكري وتفعيل الإبداع الإداري ،حيث فسر متغير رأس المال الفكري ما نسبته 72.10%من التغيرات الحاصلة في تفعيل الإبداع الإداري.لذلك أوصت هذه الدراسة بضرورة اهتمام المؤسسة أكثر بالرأسمال الفكري والعمل على تطويره لتنمية السلوك الإبداعي لهم لتحقيق التفوق والتميز التنافسي. Abstract: This study aimed to know the extent of the institution's interest in intellectual capital and its relationship to administrative creativity, and the questionnaire was relied upon as an essential tool for data collection and was distributed to a random sample of 60 employees of the institution's employees and the number of valid questionnaires for analysis was 45 questionnaires to be analyzed using the statistical spssv.19 program.The study found that there is a statistically significant relationship between the variables of the independent study of intellectual capital and the activation of managerial innovation. The variable of intellectual capital was 72.10% of the changes in activating administrative creativity. Therefore, the study recommended that the institution should pay more attention to capital Intellectual development and to develop creative behavior for them To achieve excellence and competitive advantage. Résumé: Cette étude visait à connaître l'étendue de l'intérêt de l'institution pour le capital intellectuel et sa relation avec la créativité administrative, et le questionnaire était considéré comme un outil essentiel pour la collecte de données et a été distribué à un échantillon aléatoire de 60 employés de l'institution et le nombre de questionnaires valides pour l'analyse était de 45 questionnaires à analyser à l'aide du programme statistique spssv.19 Plusieurs résultats, dont les plus importants sont la présence d'une relation statistiquement significative entre les variables de l'étude indépendante du capital intellectuel et l'activation de la créativité administrative,où la variable du capital intellectuel représente 72,10% des changements intervenant dans l'activation de la créativité administrative. T cette étude, la nécessité d'une plus grande attention à l'institution du capital intellectuel et le travail à développer pour le développement d'un comportement créatif pour leur permettre d'atteindre l'excellence et de l'excellence compétitive.
