الملخص

ملخص: نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على مفهوم جديد أصبحت الاقتصادات الحديثة تعتمد عليه كليا من أجل تطوير قدراتها الإنتاجية أو التسويقية أو غيرها، والتي تصب في إطار تطوير المؤسسة من كل النواحي وهو رأس المال الفكري، والذي يمثل الجانب غير المادي أي غير المرئي في المؤسسة والذي له القدرة على التحكم وتقوية الجانب المادي فيها. وقد توصلنا إلى أن المؤشرات أو المركبات الخمسة: الجاذبية، الاستقطاب، المحافظة، التنشيط والمستفيدين هي التي تمثل جانب بناء وآلية تطوير رأس المال الفكري أو المعرفي في المؤسسة، وذلك من خلال اعتمادنا على طريقة التحليل العاملي التوكيدي لتأكيد بعض الارتباطات التي جاءت في بعض الدراسات السابقة في مجال الاتصالات من خلال قيامنا بدراسة على مستوى مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر. Abstract: Given the importance of the concept "intellectual capital" which represents the intangible side, on which modern companies and institutions have become almost dependent, in order to develop their production, marketing, or other capacities which are part of the development of company at all levels, and can be defined as an invisible part in the company, which has the capacity to control and strengthen the financial aspects of it. this paper investigates the factors that explain this concept and we ended up rely on the five indicators or components, namely: Attractiveness, polarization, preservation, activation and beneficiaries who represent the intellectual capital or knowledge aspect of the company, ensuring by the technique of confirmatory factor analysis in based on previous studies, and this in the field of telecommunications by carrying out a study at the level of Algeria telecom.
