واقع الأداء التدريسي لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي.

الملخص
ملخص : هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الأداء التدريسي لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية، وكذا في التوصل إلى إدراك الفروق بين أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية حسب متغيرات الدراسة (السن، المؤهل العلمي، الأقدمية في التدريس). وذلك على عينة تكونت من (40) أستاذ تربية بدنية ورياضية بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي، أختيروا بطريقة عشوائية، وانتهج الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وهذا لأنه الأنسب في مثل هذه الدراسات، أما فيما يخص أدوات الدراسة فقد استخدم الباحث بطاقة ملاحظة مكونة من (30) مهارة تدريسية، موزعة على خمسة مجالات هي التخطيط والتنفيذ والوسائل التعليمية، وإدارة الصف والتقويم واستخدم مقياس ليكرت الخماسي. و اعتمد الباحث في معالجته على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائيةSpss ، أسلوب تحليل التباين (One Way Anova) لاختبار فروق الفرضيات. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي : - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الأداء التدريسي بين الأساتذة يعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (السن، المؤهل العملي، الأقدمية في التدريس). الكلمات الدالة : الأداء التدريسي، أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية، التعليم الثانوي. The reality of the teaching performance of the physical and sports teaching teachers at the secondary level. Summary: The aim of the study was to identify the reality of the teaching performance of physical and mathematical teaching teachers, as well as to understand the differences between physical and mathematical teaching teachers according to the variables of the study (age, scientific qualification, seniority in teaching). This is based on a sample made up of (40) teachers of physical and sports education in secondary education. They were chosen randomly, and the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach because it was most appropriate for such studies, and for the study tools the researcher used a note card consisting of (30) instructional skills, distributed in five areas, namely, planning, implementation, teaching aids, classroom management, evaluation and the Likert scale In his treatment, the researcher relied on the SPSS, one way anova, to test the differences in hypotheses. The results of the study showed: – the absence of statistically significant differences in the level of teaching performance between teachers is attributable to the variables of study (age, practical qualifications, seniority in teaching).
