ندرة البحوث العلمية المتعلقة بممارسات الفساد في المؤسسات الحكومية في سلطنة عمان: المبررات والتطلعات

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مبررات ندرة البحوث العلمية المتعلقة بممارسات الفساد في المؤسسات الحكومية، واستنتاج التطلعات المستقبلية لعلاج تلك الندرة معتمدة في ذلك على المنهج الاستنباطي. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان هناك مجموعة من أسباب ندرة البحوث العلمية المتعلقة بممارسات الفساد في المؤسسات الحكومية كقلة مصادر المعلومات الخاصة بالفساد، وصعوبة الإجراء الميداني في البحوث المتعلقة بالفساد، وضعف ثقافة البحث العلمي في المجتمع. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان هناك مجموعة من التطلعات المستقبلية لعلاج ندرة البحوث العلمية المتعلقة بممارسات الفساد في المؤسسات الحكومية تكمن في تحديث وتنويع مصادر المعلومات الخاصة بالفساد وأشكاله، وتسهيل إجراءات العمل الميداني في البحوث المتعلقة بالفساد، وتعزيز ثقافة البحث العلمي في المجتمع. وقد أوصت الدراسة بالتأكيد على دور البحث العلمي باعتباره وسيلة للبحث والتشخيص والتحليل وإيجاد الحلول العلمية المناسبة. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the justifications for the scarcity of scientific research related to corruption practices in government institutions, and to deduce future aspirations to treat that scarcity, relying on the deductive approach. The results of the study showed that there are a number of reasons for the scarcity of scientific research related to corruption practices in government institutions, such as the lack of sources of information related to corruption, the difficulty of field procedure in research related to corruption and the weak culture of scientific research in society. The results of the study also showed that there is a set of future aspirations to treat the scarcity of scientific research related to corruption practices in government institutions, which lies in updating and diversifying information sources related to corruption and its forms, facilitating field work procedures in research related to corruption, promoting a culture of scientific research in society. The study recommended emphasizing the role of scientific research as a means of research, diagnosis, analysis and finding appropriate scientific solutions .
