الملخص: ملخص: بدأت تظهر نية الإدارة الإستعمارية الفرنسية بإحتلال موريتانيا خلال السنوات الأخيرة من القرن التاسع عشر، وبالتالي قامت بإرسال مستكشفين يمدونها بالمعلومات اللازمة عن المجتمع والسلطة والإقتصاد المحلي. ومع بداية القرن العشرين باشرت فرنسا عملية الإحتلال وإخضاع السكان وتطبيق السياسات الكفيلة بتثبيت الوجود الفرنسي في المنطقة. يحاول هذا المقال تتبع ورصد تأثير الحضور الفرنسي على السلطة والمجتمع والاقتصاد في موريتانيا قبل الإستقلال ومدى حجم الأثر الذي خلفته الظاهرة الإستعمارية على المجتمع المحلي. الكلمات المفتاحية: تأثير المستعمر الفرنسي، السلطة السياسية في موريتانيا، المجتمع المحلي، الإحتلال الفرنسي. Observations on the effects of the French occupation of Mauritania: Summary: The French colonial administration began to demonstrate its intention to occupy Mauritania during the last years of the nineteenth century, thus sending explorers to provide it with the necessary information about society, power and the local economy. At the beginning of the twentieth century, France began the process of occupation, subjugation of the population and the application of policies to stabilize France's presence in the region. This article attempts to track and monitor the impact of the French presence on the power, society and economy of Mauritania before independence and the extent of the impact of the colonial phenomenon on the local community. الملخص: الملخص: يتناول البحث فرضية ما بعد الإسلاموية الإيرانية من منظور المؤسس بازرغان وما تقدمه هذه الفرضية من إشكالية جوهرية على أصالة الإسلاموية الإيرانية (=الفلسفة السياسية الشيعية) لنقض مقدماتها ومقوماتها المتحاربة مع الإسلام الحداثي الذي يتسالم مع الديمقراطية والعلمانية والحريات المدنية. وتأتي أهمية البحث كون بازرغان أول مناهض للأسلاموية بإيران بآراءه ومواقفه الممهدة لكبار تنويري إيران المناهضين للإسلاموية المنظورة، ولا دراسة تتناول فرضيىة المؤسس باللغة العربية.

الملخص: ملخص: لقد أصبح فيروس كورونا واضحا للعيان أنّه يهدد صحة المواطنين، وتأكّد ذلك بإعلان منظمة الصّحة العالمية بتاريخ:11مارس2020، عن تحوّله إلى جائحة تهدد البشريّة جمعاء حيث تدخلت الكثير من الدّول من أجل حفظ الصحة العامّة، وذلك باللّجوء إلى مكافحة هذا الفيروس ومواجهته باتخاذ إجراءات صارمة ذات طبيعة وقائيّة، منها الحجر الصحي، العزل الصحي، ارتداء القناع الواقي، التّباعد الاجتماعي، التّعقيم، والتّطهير وغيرها من الإجراءات. من خلال التّفاعل الذي حدث بين المجتمع والإجراءات الاحترازيّة التي ذكرت آنفا، اخترت عنوانا لهذا البحث تحليل المصطلحات التي صاحبت وباء كورونا بالتّحليل، أي كيفية تعايش المجتمع مع واقع فيروس كورونا. Abstract: The Corona virus has become clearly visible that it threatens the health of citizens, and this was confirmed by the announcement by the World Health Organization on March 11, 2020, of its transformation into a pandemic threatening all humanity, as many countries intervened in order to preserve public health, by resorting to combating this virus and confronting it by taking strict measures with Preventive nature, including quarantine, sanitary isolation, wearing a protective mask, social distancing, sterilization, disinfection and other procedures. Through the interaction that took place between society and the precautionary measures mentioned above, I chose a title for this research to analyze the terms that accompanied the Corona epidemic, that is, how society coexisted with the reality of the Corona virus.

The impact of the Internet, social media and online games on young people as a means of expressing their emotional experiences Social media is a term that refers to several technologies that allow instant communication, status updates, and social networking between individuals. Today's social media platforms include text messaging via mobile phones and social networking sites such as Facebook. The use of social media by young people (teenagers and pre-teens) continues to increase worldwide on an annual basis. Young people in almost every country use social media to maintain almost constant contact with their friends. Given the importance of both social media and friendships to young people, this review examines the impact of social media on young people's emotional experiences. Social media can have a positive impact on loneliness, intimacy, and relationship maintenance during adolescence. However, teens also face relationship problems through social media and are more reckless online. Social media, especially Facebook, may have a positive and negative effect on symptoms of mood and other mental disorders. Social media may play a role in identity formation by allowing younger users to experiment with different behaviors and interaction styles. The effects of social media may produce more positive outcomes for boys than girls. There is a need for research on social media use during pre-adolescence, as the work is largely conducted with adolescents, and for further research with potential mediators between social media and well-being (eg, friendship). الملخص: يدور موضع هذا المقال حول التعليل الفقهي والمقاصدي لأحكام الإجارة ،وذلك عن طريق تقصيد أشهر المسائل المتعلقة بالإجارة ،عبر ذكر جملة من النماذج التطبيقية لها من بطون الكتب الفقهيّة والأصوليّة. وتوصّلت في هذا المقال إلى أنّ مسالك الفقهاء في التعليل لأحكام الإجارة ينحصر في خمسة مسالك ،وتتمثلّ في :المقاصد الشّرعيّة ،والقواعد الفقهية ، ودلالة المعقول ،والفروق الفقهية، والقواعد الأصولية. وخلص البحث إلى مدى أهميّة الإلمام بالفقه التّعليلي للإجارة في تأصيل أحكام المسائل الفقهية المتعلقة بها،وأثر ذلك في معرفة النوازل والأحكام المستجدّة المتعلقة بالإجارة على ضوء المقاصد الشّرعيّة المرعيّة.

الملخص: ملخص: يحاول هذا البحث أن يلقي الضوء على جانب من السجال بين الشعر والنثر في المنظومة الأدبية العربية، في سياق ثقافي له أثره في بلورة التصور للتقسيم الأجناسي الذي تخلخل في الفترة المعاصرة بسبب بروز أجناس نثرية، سردية بالخصوص، كادت أن تحجب الشعر عن المشهد الأدبي العربي، بعد أن كان هذا الشعر مهيمنا قروناً متواصلة، وبالتالي فنحن نرى بأن كتابة الشعر بالسرد هي محاولة للشعر لكي يساجل النثر ويستعير بعض خصائصه، كي يتجدد ويتفاعل مع التطور الثقافي والفني والأدبي، ويحافظ على سيرورته وتطوره، وليتسم، علاوة على ذلك، برونق إبداعي غير مسبوق في الممارسة الشعرية العربية. والبحث يتناول إلى جانب التنظير تطبيقاً على نماذج من الكتابات الشعرية التي تكتب بالسرد، وكيفية تأثيرها على التنظير الأجناسي بالإضافة إلى محاولة رصد الجمالية والإبداعية التي اتسمت بها بعض النصوص الشعرية العربية المعاصرة، وهي تحاول المواءمة بين الشعري الذي ينطبع بالتكثيف والتركيز وبين السردي الذي ينحو نحو الابتذال والاسترسال والتدفق الذي يميز الكتابة السردية التي إلى النثر أو إلى اللاشعر. كلمات مفتاحية: الأجناس الأدبية، الشعر، اللاشعر، النثر، السرد، التقنيات السردية، الشفاهية، الكتابية. Abstract: This research attempts to look at an aspect of the competition between poetry and prose in Arabic literature, and this is in a cultural context that has an impact on the loosening of genre classification in the contemporary period, due to the rise of prose genres, narrative in particular, that almost obscured poetry from the Arab literary scene, after it was This poetry dominated centuries before that, and therefore we see that writing poetry with narration is an attempt by poetry to record prose and borrow some of its characteristics, in order to renew and develop. In addition to theorizing, the research deals with texts from the poetic writings that are written with narration, and it tries to harmonize between the poetic, which is characterized by condensation and focus, and the narrative, which tends towards vulgarity, perseverance, and fluidity, which distinguishes prose, which considers narration a kind of its kind. MODERN CENTERS OF QUR'ANIC RECITATION AS A PANACEA TO TSANGAYA SYSTEM OF EDUCATION IN YOBE STATE

Résumé: The Modern Centers of Qur’anic Recitation are known as the formal Islamic schools where the learning of Islamic teachings and the Glorious Qur’an in addition to promoting moral guidance and spiritual growth of Muslim individuals are taken place. These schools had been in existence hundred centuries prior to the British colonization in Northern Nigeria. This research is an exploratory quantitative research that sourced cross sectional Schools. Data collected through the use of structured questionnaire. Multistage purposive sampling method was employed in selecting the respondents for the study across the study area. Themaic analysis was employed as a method of data analysis. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used to summarize and interpret the results of the analyses of the data obtained. The findings have revealed that, Modern Centers of Qur’an are the centers that produced Qur’anic memorizers, Imams, good leaders and Righteous people in Yobe State. Finally, the researchers recommended that public awareness campaigns should be carryout to address hinderances of sending small children to Tsangaya schools.

Résumé: Principles of Islamic jurisprudence (uṣul al-fiqh) are traditional methodological principles used in Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) for deriving the rulings of Islamic law (Sharia). The paper begins with introduction on the concept of divisions and brief biography of four Sunni schools of thoughts. It explain the comparative analysis on the points of differences between the Maliki and other three schools of thought (Hanafi, Shafi’I, Hambali) on how to perform the prayer. This research work adopts comparative analytical method. It is significant to all by creating awareness among the Muslims Ummah on how to handle the divisions when arises particularly in prayers. الملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى الإلمام بمصطلح الدّين عند المفكّر محمّد أركون (1928م-2010م)، من خلال التّطرّق إلى الظّاهرة الدّينيّة في الحقل الأنثروبولوجي والسّوسيولوجي. وبات وجوبا بيان العلاقة بين الدّين والحداثة من خلال دراسة كرونولوجيّة داخل حقل الثّقافة الدّينيّة. وتعتبر الظّاهرة القرآنيّة من مجالات البحث الّتي خاض فيها أركون بداية من مرحلة التّنزيل، أي نزول الوحي على محمّد عليه الصّلاة والسّلام، إلى ما بعد مرحلة التّبليغ مراوحا بالنّقد والتّحليل بين المرحلة الشّفويّة ومرحلة الجمع والتّدوين. Abstract: This research aims to get acquainted with the term religion of the thinker Muhammad Arkoun (1928-2010), by addressing the religious phenomenon in the anthropological and sociological field. It became obligatory to clarify the relationship between religion and modernity through a chronological study within the field of religious culture. The Qur’anic phenomenon is considered one of the fields of research in which Arkoun delved into the beginning of the revelation stage, that is, the descent of the revelation upon Muhammad, may blessings and peace be upon him, to the post-propagation stage, moving forward with criticism and analysis between the oral stage and the collection and codification stage. ASSESSMENT OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE CURRICULUM IN SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN YOBE STATE

Résumé: The study was carried out with the objectives to: determine the extent of the effectiveness of the content coverage, appropriateness of teaching method the instructional materials in teaching English Language in senior secondary schools in Yobe State. The study adopted Descriptive design. The population of the study comprised thirteen thousand five hundred and seventy four (13,574) students, (54) English Language teachers and seventeen (17) principals. The sample size for the study comprised 350 students, 10 English Language teachers and 10 principals selected using proportionate sampling technique. The instrument used for data collection in the study was a structured questionnaire. A frequency and percentage was used to analyse the bio-data of the respondents while mean and standard deviation was used to analyse responses to the research questions. Non-parametric statistics of Kruskal-Wallis was used to test the hypotheses at 0.05 level of significant. Findings from the study among others revealed that the contents of English Language are not adequately covered in senior secondary schools in Yobe State; Nigeria. It also revealed that the teaching methods use in the implementation of English Language in senior secondary schools in Yobe State Nigeria is appropriate.
