الملخص
ملخص: تعتبر الدراسة محاولة علمية للإجابة عن إشكالية تحتاج للمعالجة الرصينة والتحليل التاريخي والسياسي باعتبار الانتخابات وسيلة لتحصيل الحقوق السياسية في اطار ممارسة الديموقراطية ، بأبعادها التاريخية والسياسية من حيث الطرح والتحليل . والتي شهدتها الجزائر في حقبة نهاية الحرب العالمية الثانية بأبعادها الدولية والداخلية ومثلت خلالها فئة النخبة المثقفة عن طريق الأحزاب بأسلوب الانتخابات التي أثبتت تطور الوعي السياسي لدى الجزائريين. فهذه المعالجة سنحاول الاجابة عن الاشكال المطروح في صيغ تسمح بإعطاء الدراسة منهجا احصائيا تحليليا وسنتطرق كرونولوجيا إلى تجسيد الأحزاب لأفكارها في البرنامج الانتخابي . Abstract: The study is a scientific attempt to answer a problem that needs to be addressed soberly and historically and politically, considering elections as a means of collecting political rights within the framework of the exercise of democracy, in its historical and political dimensions in terms of presentation and analysis, which was witnessed in Algeria at the end of the Second World War in its international and internal dimensions, during which the elite group was educated through parties in the manner of elections that proved the development of political awareness among Algerians. We will try to answer the questions in formulas that allow the study to be given a statistically analytical approach and we will address the fact that the parties are reflecting their ideas in the electoral program.
