الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين مستوى الطموح والدافعية للتعلم لدى طلبة السنة الثالثة علم النفس التربوي بجامعة محمد لمين دباغين سطيف2، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى إثبات وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ضعيفة بين المتغيرين لدى أفراد العينة، وأيضا أكدت النتائج أن ضعف مستوى الطموح يرتبط بضعف مستوى الحماس وضعف روح الجماعة وكذلك ضعف الفعالية في التعلم للطلبة، وهذا ما فسرناه بعدم رضا الطلبة للالتحاق بهذا التخصص من جهة وبالظروف البيداغوجية الحالية المؤثرة على مستويات المتغيرين من جهة أخرى، وهذه النتيجة سمحت لنا باقتراح أفاق بحثية عديدة. The study aims to know the nature of the relationship between the level of ambition and motivation to learn among students of the third year of educational psychology at the University of Mohamed Lamine Debbaguine Setif 2. The study concluded that there is a weak positive correlation between the two variables; among the sample members, and the results also confirmed that the low level of ambition is related to the low level of enthusiasm; and the weakness of the group spirit, as well as the weak effectiveness in learning for students and this is what we explained by the students’ dissatisfaction with joining this major on the one hand, and the current pedagogical conditions affecting the levels of the two variables on the other hand, and this result allowed us to suggest many research horizons.
