الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على إسهام العدالة التنظيمية بأبعادها الثلاث في تدعيمها للانتماء التنظيمي لدى الإداريين بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة برج بوعريريج، وتم ذلك من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي، و الاعتماد على استمارة مقابلة كأداة أساسية للدراسة و الملاحظة كأداة مساعدة بحيث تمت الدراسة على الإداريين الموظفين بذات الكلية شمل 23 مفردة، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن: تحقيق العدالة التنظيمية بأبعادها الثلاث (العدالة التوزيعية ، العدالة الإجرائية، والعدالة التعاملية)، يساهم في تدعيم الانتماء التنظيمي لدى الإداريين بميدان الدراسة. The study aimed to identify the contribution of organizational justice in its three dimensions to the strengthening of organizational affiliation among administrators at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at bordjbouarreridj University. This was done through the use of the descriptive method and through the use of the interview as a basic tool for study and observation as an aid tool. The study was conducted on administrators employed in the same faculty with a survey thatincluded23items.The study concluded that: Organizational justice in its three dimensions (distributive justice, procedural justice and transactional justice) contributes to strengthening the organizational affiliation of administrators in the field of study.
