قراءة في مؤشرات الاقتصاد الرقمي في الصين

الملخص
ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على أهم معالم الاقتصاد الرقمي في الصين وأهم توجهات الصين في رقمنة الاقتصاد والبحث في مؤشرات الاقتصاد الرقمي: مؤشر المعرفة العالمي، مؤشر الابتكار ومؤشر جاهزية الشبكة NRI، بالإضافة الى البحث حول تبني الصين لتقنيات البلوكشين والعملات الرقمية. ولقد توصلت الدراسة الى أن الصين حققت قفزة نوعية في مجال الاقتصاد الرقمي، وهذا نتيجة جهود متواترة في بناء الفرد الصيني، الاستثمار في البنى التحتية الرقمية، الاستثمار في مستويات التعليم والتدريب، ويظهر ذلك من خلال المؤشرات: مؤشر المعرفة العالمي ومؤشر الابتكار العالمي GII، ومؤشر جاهزية الشبكة NRI، كما تبنت الصين تقنيات البلوكشين وكانت من السابقين في نمو عدد شركات البلوكشين رغم تخوفها منها في البداية ، كما عملت على تبني اليوان الرقمي وقامت بإطلاق تطبيق العملة الرقمية الصينية CNY- e في سنة 2022 . Abstract: This study aimed to identify the most important features of the digital economy in China and the most important trends of China in the digitization of the economy and to research the indicators of the digital economy: the Global Knowledge Index, the Innovation Index and the Network Readiness Index NRI, in addition to researching China's adoption of blockchain technologies and digital currencies The study concluded that China has made a qualitative leap in the field of digital economy, and this is the result of continuous efforts in building the Chinese individual, investing in digital infrastructure, investing in levels of education and training, and this is shown through indicators: the Global Knowledge Index, the Global Innovation Index GII, and the Global Innovation Index. The readiness of the NRI network. China also adopted blockchain technologies and was one of the first to grow the number of blockchain companies despite its fear of it at the beginning. It also worked to adopt a version of the digital yuan and launched the Chinese digital currency application CNY-e in 2022.
