الملخص
حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة الموسومة "دوافع التعرض للبرامج الإذاعية الخاصة بذوي الإعاقة في إذاعة جيجل الجهوية" التعرف على كيفية تعرض جمهور إذاعة جيجل إلى برنامج وتستمر الحياة، وكذا التعرف على عادات وأنماط وداوفع الاستماع للبرنامج، وما الذي يحققه للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة من خلال ما يقدمه من مضمون إعلامي وما مدى اهتمامه بقضاياهم وانشغالاتهم، وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه على منهج المسح الذي نرى أنه يتلاءم وطبيعة الدراسة، أما فيما تعلق بأدوات الدراسة، فقد استخدامنا أداتي الملاحظة والاستبيان، أما بالنسبة لعينة الدراسة فقد تم اختيار العينة القصدية لاستحالة حصر جمهور الإذاعة والبرنامج، وقد توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها، أن أهم دوافع متابعة المبحوثين من ذوي الإعاقة للبرنامج هو كونه يقدم لهم مساعدات ويدافع عن حقوق هذه الفئة، كما تبين أن أكثر الجوانب المتناولة في البرنامج، هي الجوانب الحقوقية تليها الجوانب الاجتماعية، كما يرى المبحوثون أن البرامج الموجهة لذوي الإعاقة والتي تبث عبر الإذاعة الجزائرية غير كافية لعرض قضاياهم وحاجاتهم. Abstract: This study aims to identify how the audience of Radio Jijel is exposed to a program (and life continues), as well as to identify the habits, patterns and motives of listening to the program, and what it achieves for people with disabilities through its media content and the extent of its interest in their issues and preoccupations, and we have adopted in our study the survey method, As for the study tools, we used the observation and questionnaire tools, with regard to the study sample, the intentional sample was chosen, and we reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the motives of respondents with disabilities follow the program because it provides assistance to people with disabilities and defends their rights, it was also found that the most discussed aspects of the program are the human rights aspects, followed by the social aspects. The respondents also see that the programs directed to people with disabilities and broadcast on Algerian radio are insufficient to present their issues and needs.
