الملخص
ملخص: عندما يأتي الحديث عن الفرق بين التنمية البشرية و إدارة الموارد البشرية و تنمية الموارد البشرية، يبدو للوهلة الأولى للقارئ العادي أو غير المتخصص في الإدارة ، أنه لا يوجد فرق بين المصطلحات، بل أن البعض قد يذهب إلى كونهم مصطلحات مترادفة لنفس المفهوم، وهو خطأ شائع يكثر البعض من ارتكابه نتيجة نقص في المادة العلمية او المراجع التي تتناول هاته المفاهيم وهذا ما لاحظناه عند تدريسنا هذا المقياس للطلبة، فبرغم من كثرة القواسم المشتركة بين المفاهيم وقيامهم على قاعدة واحدة أساسها الإنسان وإدارته وتنميته، لكن كل منهم يتفرع للاهتمام بوظائف معينة وأهداف مختلفة عن الآخر. من خلال مقالنا سوف نحاول إبراز الفرق بين هاته المفاهيم ، وتصحيح هذا الخطأ وتوضيح العلاقة بينها من خلال تسليط الضوء عليها والتركيز على محور تنمية الموارد البشرية وهو مجال اهتمامنا. Abstract: When it comes to talking about the difference between human development, human resources management, and human resources development, it seems at first glance to the average reader...or a non-specialist in management, that there is no difference between the terms, and some may even argue that they are synonymous terms for the same concept, which is A common mistake that some people commit a lot as a result of a lack of scientific material or references that address these concepts, and this is what we noticed when we taught this standard to students. Despite the many commonalities between the concepts and their being based on a single rule based on the human being, his management and development, each of them branches out to pay attention to specific functions and goals. different from the other. Through our article, we will try to highlight the difference between these concepts, correct this error, and clarify the relationship between them by highlighting them and focusing on the axis of human resources development, which is our field of interest.
