آليات النشر المستحدثة في المجلات العلمية بين السلب والإيجاب

الملخص
تكتسي عملية النشر العلمي أهمية بالغة في مجال البحث العلمي والدفع بعجلة التنمية من خلال الرفع من مستوى الجامعة وتعزيز مكانة الباحث في العمل والترقية، وهذا ما يعكس الكم الهائل من المقالات المنشورة في مختلف المجلات وشتى التخصصات، مما أدى بالوزارة الوصية إلى العمل على تنظيم عملية النشر باستحداث مختلف الآليات والتقنيات والمتمثلة في إنشاء منصة الكترونية تمكن الباحث من إرسال مقالاته وتتبع مراحل مراجعتها وتصحيحها، غير أن هناك من الباحثين من يرى في هذه الخطوة عثرة في طريق النشر كونه لا يزال مشدودا إلى الطرق الكلاسيكية في عملية النشر ولا يتعاطى مع التقنيات المستحدثة. The scientific publishing process is of great importance in the field of scientific research and pushing the wheel of development by raising the level of the university and enhancing the researcher’s position at work and promotion, and this reflects the huge number of articles published in various magazines and various disciplines, which led the Custodian Ministry to work on organizing the publishing process. By introducing various mechanisms and techniques represented in creating an electronic platform that enables the researcher to send his articles and follow the stages of their review and correction. However, there are researchers who see this step as a stumbling block in the way of publishing because it is still tied to the classic methods of the publishing process and does not deal with the new technologies.
