النشر العلمي في المجلات العلمية الجزائرية المحكمة بين الأهمية والصعوبات

الملخص
تحقق الدول الرفاهية والتطور من خلال مدى تطور أبحاثها في شتى المجالات، وما ساهم في تطور هذه الأبحاث هو مدى تطور تقنيات النشر العلمي التي ساهمت في تبادل الخبرات بين الباحثين من مختلف أنحاء العالم، وفي مختلف الميادين، وبالرغم من هذا التطور وايجابياته إلا أنه خلق صعوبات جمة، خاصة وأن رؤساء المجلات شددوا و رفعوا من معايير الانتقاء من أجل رفع جودة مجلاتهم، مما بات النشر في هذه المجلات العلمية الجزائرية المحكمة هاجس يؤرق الكثير من الباحثين وبالأخص طلبة الدكتوراه مما جعلها عائقا مهما في مسارهم الأكاديمي. وتهدف ورقتنا البحثية هذه على الوقوف على أهمية النشر في المجلات العلمية الجزائرية المحكمة، و على أهم الصعوبات والتحديات التي تواجه الباحثين أثناء عملية النشر. Countiers archive their goals and plans through the development scientific research invarious field Scientific research is a group of organized intllectual process, what contributed to the development of this research in the extent of the development of scientific publishing techniques which, in turn , contributed to the exchange of experiences between researchers from different parts of the world and in various fields inspite of this developmenet and it’s positive aspects, it created many difficulties, especially since the heads of international scientific journals and Algerian scientific journals had encountered difficulties in setting selections criteria in order to raise the quality of the journals, The publications in these scientific journals has become an absession that haunts many researchers, especially doctoral students, which made it an important obstacle in their academic path. Our research paper aims to identify, the importance of publishing in Algeria scientific journals and the most important difficulties and challenges facing researchers during the publishing process in Algerian scientific journals.
