دور الحوكمة الجيدة في تعزيز التنمية البشرية المستدامة

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دورالحوكمة الجيدة في تعزيز التنمية البشرية المستدامة في بلدية الأربعاء ولاية البليدة، وقد تناولنا هذا الموضوع في ضوء الأهمية التي تحظى بها معايير الحوكمة الجيدة في تنمية العنصر البشري واستدامته، حيث استخدامنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم توزيع الاستبيانعلى جميع مصالح بلدية الأربعاء لولاية البليدة وقدر عدده ب100 استمارة تم القبول منها 53 استمارة صالحة للدراسة. توصلنا إلى أهم نتائجكما يلي: يتم تطبيق معايير الحوكمة الجيدة:(الشفافية،المساءلة،المشاركة،المساواة، الفعالية والكفاءة)في بلدية الأربعاء بنسبة(%55,6)،بينما تطبيق تنمية البشرية المستدامة (التعليم،التمكين،الاستدامة) بلغت(%46,4 ).وأن (59,8 %) من التغير في تنمية البشرية المستدامة يعود إلى تأثير كلا المتغيرين (المشاركة،المساواة)عليها ،والباقي(40,2 %) يعود إلى عوامل أخرى تؤثر على التنمية البشرية المستدامة. Abstract : The study aimed to identify the role of good governance in promoting sustainable human development in the municipality of Larbaa, Blida Province,Having addressed this subject in the light of the importance of good governance standards in the development and sustainability of the human race,We used the analytical descriptive method. The questionnaire was distributed to all the departments of Larbaa municipality in Blida province. It was estimated that 100 forms were accepted, of which 53 are valid for study.We came to the most important conclusion: Good governance standards (transparency, accountability, participation, equality, effectiveness and efficiency) are applied in the municipality of Larbaa (%55.6), while theapplication of sustainable human development (education, empowerment, sustainability) amounted to (%46.4). Fiftynine (59.8%) of the change in SHD is due to the influence of both variables (participation, equality) on them, and the rest (40.2%) is due to other factors that influence SHD.
