الملخص
:ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحديد أثر فعالية مجلس الإدارة من حيث الخصائص والهيكلة وانعكاسها على جودة الأداء لدى مؤسسات التعليم العالي، من خلال الالمام مفهوم جودة الأداء وعلاقة الحوكمة الجامعية بذلك، حيث تم التطرق الى تشكيلة مجلس الإدارة ودور هيكله التنظيمي في الرفع من كفاءة الأداء الجامعي، وتحقيق مستوى الجودة المطلوب وقد توصلت النتائج الى ضرورة الاهتمام بإعادة هيكلة مجلس الإدارة مع إعادة النظر في متطلبات تحقيق مواصفات مجلس إدارة محوكم، مؤكدا دوره وحجمه واستقلاليته وتأثيره على أداء مؤسسات التعليم العالي Abstract: This study aims to determine the impact of the effectiveness of the board in terms of structure and its reflection on the quality of performance of university institutions, through familiarity with the concept of quality performance and the relationship of university governance with that, where the composition of the board and the role of its organizational structure in raising the efficiency of university performance was discussed. And achieve the required quality level. The results revealed the need to pay attention to the restructuring of the board and to reconsider the requirements to achieve the specifications of the court's board, emphasizing its role, size, independence and impact on the performance of university.
