التحول الرقمي وأبعاد التنمية المستدامة

الملخص
تعاظم في الوقت الحالي اعتماد المجتمع على التكنولوجيا بكل أنواعها، خاصة بالمقارنة مع دورها الفاعل في مختلف الميادين الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية، الثقافية، والسياسية. وكلما زادت حاجة الإنسان والمؤسسات لهذه التكنولوجيا كلما زادت إستمراريتها واستحداثها وبالتالي تطويرها. ومع تطور الوسائل الإلكترونية في المجتمعات الحديثة واستخدامها في المعالجة الرقمية للبيانات، زادت أهمية تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال، فتزايد بذلك تسابق المؤسسات على اختلافها من أجل مسايرة واقتناء أحدث ما توصل إليه التقدم في هذا المجال. ويعد التحول الرقمي، قوة دافعة لتحقيق نمو مبتكر وشامل ومستدام، حيث يعمل على توفير فرص العمل، ومعالجة الفقر، وتيسير توصيل السلع والخدمات، والمساهمة في تحقيق أجندة 2030، وأهداف التنمية المستدامة. At the present time, society has grown increasingly dependent on technology in all its forms, especially compared to its effective role in various social, economic, cultural and political fields. The greater the need for people and institutions for this technology, the more it will continue to be developed, developed, and thus developed. With the development of electronic means in modern societies and their use in digital data processing, the importance of information and communication technologies has increased, thus increasing the competition between different institutions in order to keep pace with and acquire the latest progress in this field. Digital transformation is a driving force for achieving innovative, inclusive and sustainable growth, as it works to provide job opportunities, address poverty, facilitate the delivery of goods and services, and contribute to achieving the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals.
