واقع نظام التقييس في الجزائر

الملخص
يعتبر التقييس ظاهرة حديثة اهتمت بها مختلف الحكومات كقاعدة رئيسية لتطوير الصناعات ومختلف الأنشطة الخدمية، وتجسد هذا الاهتمام من خلال السعي لبناء نظم التقييس الوطنية والعمل المستمر لتطويرها للتوافق مع مستجدات التقييس الدولية. وفي هذا السياق جاء البحث ليسلط الضوء على نظام التقييس الوطني ومختلف مراحل تطوره، وآلية عمله، ومجالات التغيير التي انتهجتها الدولة في هذا المجال والتي تعكس الاهتمام المتزايد بميدان الجودة والتقييس، وذلك في إطار السعي إلى تدعيم وترقية تنافسية المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية. Standardization is a recent phenomenon that various governments are interested in, as an important base for the development of industries and various service activities. This interest has emerged through building national standardization systems and the continuous work to develop them in order to be compatible with the developments of international standardization. This research aims to introduce the Algerian standardization system, its various stages of development, its mechanism of action, and the fields of change pursued by the government, which reflects the growing interest in the field of quality and standardization that accompanied programs to support and upgrade the competitiveness of Algerian economic institutions.
