دور البلدية في تحقيق ودعم التنمية المحلية- حالة بلدية تيجلابين ولاية بومرداس خلال الفترة 2010-2019

ملخص : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور التنموي للبلدية في مختلف النشاطات المخولة لها قانونا، ولتحقيق ذلك قمنا بدراسة حالة بلدية تيجلابين للوقوف على مختلف المشاريع التنموية المجسدة في المنطقة. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن البلدية تساهم في تحقيق ودعم التنمية المحلية في معظم مجالات النشاط المحددة لها قانونا، إلا أن سيرورة عمليات التنمية تشهد بطء في إنجاز المشاريع في الآجال المحددة. لذلك توصي الدراسة بإيجاد الحلول المناسبة لتسريع وتيرة انجاز وضمان السير الحسن للمشاريع. Abstract: This study aimed to highlight the development role of the municipality in the various activities legally authorized to it, and to achieve this we studied the case of the municipality of Tejlabine to identify the various development projects embodied in the region. The study found that the municipality of Tejlabine contributes to the achievement and support of local development in most areas of activity specified in law 11-10 related to the municipality, but the process of development processes is disrupted and projects are slowly completed within the specified time limits. The refore, the study recommends finding appropriate solutions to speed up the pace of completion and ensure the good progress of the projects.
