القواعد الفقهية الشرعية المتعلقة بالعمل الطبي حال أزمة كورونا

الملخص
ملخص: تناولت هذه الدراسة القواعد الفقهية الشرعية المتعلقة بالعمل الطبي حال أزمة كورونا، هادفة إلى التعرف على ماهية القواعد الفقهية وفايروس كورونا، وطبيعة هذا المرض واعراضه وكيفية انتشاره والإجراءات الصحية المتعلقة بالحد من انتشاره، حيث تم الوقوف على حقيقة القواعد الفقهية وفايروس كورونا وطبيعة الإصابة به وكيفية الوقاية منه، وكذلك القواعد الفقهية المتعلقة برعاية صحة الإنسان وحمايته من الإصابة بهذا الفايروس، وعالج البحث كذلك أخلاقيات العمل الطبي وأهميته من المنظور الشرعي وذلك بنصوص واضحة في كل منهما، وقد ظهر أن هناك قواعد فقهية تتعلق بحماية الإنسان من الإصابة بالأمراض المعدية، كالقواعد التي تنص على الموازنة بين المصالح والمفاسد المتعارضة، وكذلك ما يرتبط بها بمنع الضرر والضرار وأيضًا القواعد الفقهية المتعلقة بإجراءات الدولة والجهات المختصة فيها للحد من انتشار فايروس كورونا وفق مظاهر وتفصيلات وردت في هذا البحث. الكلمات المفتاحية: القواعد الفقهية، أهمية العمل الطبي، فايروس كورونا، أخلاقيات العمل الطبي، المنظور الشرعي. ABSTRACT: This study examined the role of legal jurisprudence rules in limiting the spread of Corona virus, aimed at identifying what are the rules of jurisprudence and Corona virus, the nature of this disease and its symptoms, how it spreads, and health measures related to limiting its spread, Where the truth on the jurisprudential rules and corona virus, the nature of infection and how to prevent it, as well as the jurisprudence related to human health care and protection from infection with this virus were examined, the research also dealt with the ethics and importance of medical work from a legal perspective with clear texts in each of them, and it has appeared that there Juristic rules related to protecting people from infectious diseases, Such as the rules that provide for a balance between conflicting interests and spoilers, as well as those associated with the prevention of harm and harm, as well as jurisprudence rules relating to the procedures of the state and the competent authorities in it to limit the spread of Corona virus according to the manifestations and details mentioned in this research.
