المشكلات التي تواجه الوقف في دعم دور القرآن الكريم

الملخص
الملخص: تناولت هذه الدراسة المشكلات التي تواجه الوقف في دعم دور القرآن الكريم، هادفة إلى التعرف على ذلك من خلال الوقوف على طبيعة هذه الرعاية وصورها ومجالاتها وكيف كان اهتمام المجتمعات الإسلامية في توجهاتها الوقفية لدعم مراكز تحفيظ القرآن الكريم وتطويرها. وقد تم الوقوف على حقيقة الوقف، ومشروعيته، والمقاصد التفصيلية من هذه المشروعية في المفهوم الإسلامي، وقد عالج البحث كذلك خصائص الوقف ومميزاته، حيث ظهر أن الوقف من المسائل المهمة في التأريخ الحضاري الإسلامي، وهو جزء أصيل من المنظومة الإسلامية من النواحي الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والعلمية وغيرها. وقد أظهر البحث كذلك أن الوقف على مراكز تحفيظ القرآن الكريم من الأهمية بمكان في رعاية هذه المراكز وتنميتها وفق مجالات وصور جلية واضحة تؤثر في توجه الناس لإيجاده وزيادة الإقبال عليه باعتباره من أهم القرب إلى الله تعالى والتي تدوم ولا تنقطع أبدًا لحفاظها على أصل المال وتتميز بالبعد الاستثماري من ريع الوقف وغلاته. وظهر كذلك أن المشكلات التي تواجه الوقف في دعم مراكز تحفيظ القرآن الكريم تنطلق من حيثيات تتعلق بالواقف نفسه وكذلك بالمستحقين له من الموقوف عليهم، ومن يتولى أمره من النظار والقيمين عليه، وكذلك اختلاف الآراء فيما يتعلق بطرق استثمار الأوقاف وتنوعها ومعاصرتها للواقع وفق الأدوات الحديثة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الوقف، المشكلات التي تواجه الوقف، دور القرآن الكريم، مقاصد الوقف. BSTRACT:This study dealt with the problems faced by al-waqf in supporting the houses of the Holy Quran, aiming at identifying this by recognizing the nature of this care, its image and its fields, and how was the interest of Islamic societies in their waqf orientations to support and develop the centers of Quran memorization. The fact of al- waqf, its legitimacy, and the detailed purposes have been identified of this legitimacy in the Islamic concept. The research also addressed the characteristics and the advantages of Al-waqf. It was approved that al-waqf is one of the most important issues in the history of Islamic civilization, which is an integral part of the Islamic system from the economic, social, scientific and other. The research has also shown that al-waqf on Quran memorization centers is important in taking care of these centers and their development based on clear areas and clear images that affect the direction of people to find it and increase the demand for it since it is one of the most close to God Almighty, which lasts and never break for the preservation of the origin of money and characterized by the investment dimension of the proceeds of al- waqf and yields. It also appeared that the problems facing al- waqf in support of centers of memorization of the Holy Quran start from the different opinions related to person who is in charge of the property and the beneficiaries, and the different thoughts regarding the responsible people as well as the methods of investment al-waqf and its diversity and its contemporary for reality in accordance with modern tools.
