توجه الشباب نحو الاستثمار – التحول من ثقافة المرتب إلى ثقافة خلق الثورة

الملخص

إن التنمية المحلية لا يمكن أن تسير في الاتجاه الصحيح إذا انعزلت عن المجتمع، وما لم تجعل من المواطن شريكا حقيقيا في الخيارات التنموية، حيث إن فكرة الاعتماد على القطاع العام، تعتبر من أهم معوقات تحقيق تنمية شاملة، وقادرة على مساعدة الدولة وتحقيق الانفتاح الاقتصادي، كما أن الاعتماد على الاستثمارات الأجنبية، سيحافظ على نفس طريقة التفكير، اي البحث عن المرتب الجيد، وبذلك استمرار تلك الإتكالية، إذ أن تحول الشباب خاصة أصحاب الشهادات نحو المقاولاتية، أو فكرة المؤسسة المصغرة، هو في حد ذاته مؤشر من مؤشرات التحول على مستوى العقليات والذهنيات، حيث سيتحول الشباب إلى البحث عن كيفية خلق الثروة وتنميتها والانفتاح على الأسواق والاستثمار، وهذا ما سيشجع بدوره على الحد من فكرة الاعتماد على القطاع العام، حيث لا يقبى الراتب الجيد هدفا للشاب، إن الاستثمار سيعزز من فكرة خلق الثورة والارتقاء داخل سوق العمل، ولذلك فإن التنمية المحلية تحتاج الى شراكة قوية من طرف المواطنين، عن طريق تغيير الذهنيات والعقليات، على المستوى الاقتصادي، أي الانتقال من ثقافة العامل محدود الطموح إلى ثقافة المستثمر واسع الأفق، وهذا ما سنسعى إلى توضيحه من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية. Local development can not go in the right direction if it is isolated from society and did not make the citizen a real partner in the development benevolces, as that the idea of relying on the public sector is one of the most important obstacles to achieve an inclusive development and able to help the state and achieve economic openness, moreover, the reliance of foreign investment will maintain the same way of thinking, viz, the search for a good salary and so on continue that dependency, as, the transformation of young people, especially those with degrees towards entrepreneurship or the idea of a mini institution or enterprise is itself an indicator of the shift in the level of mentalities and mindsets, where young people will turn to the search for wealth creation and development and openness to markets and investment, this is encourages the reduction of the idea of relying on the public sector, where good salary is not target for young people where, the investment will boost the idea of wealth creation and upgrading within the work market, therefore, local development requires a strong partnership of citizens by changing mindsets and mentalities at the economic level, means, the transition from the culture of the worker not ambitious to a broad-minded investor culture.
