الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم الحوسبة السحابية ومدى إدراك المؤسسة الجزائرية للفوائد الناجمة عن تطبيقها، وهذا من خلال التوجه إلى عدد من المؤسسات باستبيان من أجل معرفة رأي المدراء والموظفين في هذه التقنية ومدى وعيهم لفوائدها ومخاطرها وكذا مدى جهوزية هذه المؤسسات من وجهة نظرهم للانتقال إلى هذه البيئة الجديدة. وخلصت الدراسة بعد التحليل نتائج الاستبيان إلى أن أغلبية العينة المستهدفة لا تعرف الكثير عن مفهوم الحوسبة السحابية إذ تعتبر فوائدها ومخاطرها غامضة وغير معروفة بالنسبة إليهم مما يدل على أن المؤسسات الجزائرية مازالت تحتاج للكثير من الوقت لتوعية موظفيها ذوي العلاقة بفوائد ومخاطر الحوسبة السحابية وسبل تطبيقها. كلمات مفتاحية:الحوسبة السحابية، المزايا، المخاطر، تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، أداء المؤسسات. تصنيف JEL : P17، D83، O33 Abstract: This study aims to introduce the concept of Cloud Computing and the benefits resulting from their application, and this through a questionnaire of a number of economic institutions in order to know the views of managers and employees in this technology and their awareness of the benefits and risks as well as the readiness of these institutions from their point of view to this new environment. The study concluded that the majority of the target sample does not know much about the concept of cloud computing as its benefits and risks are vague and unknow to them, which indicates that Algerian institutions still need a lot of time to educate their employees related to the benefits and risks of cloud computing. Résumé: Cette étude vise à introduire le concept de Cloud Computing et les avantages résultants de son application à travers un questionnaire d'un certain nombre d'entreprise économiques afin de connaitre les points de vue des gestionnaires et des employés sur cette technologie et leur prise de conscience de ses avantages et risques. L'étude a conclu que la majorité de l'échantillon ne savait pas grand-chose sur le concept de cloud computing car ses avantages et risques sont ambigus et inconnus, ce qui indique que les entreprises ont encore besoin de beaucoup de temps pour éduquer leurs employés en matière de les avantages et les risques du cloud computing et les moyens de les mettre en œuvre.
