الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم مدن المستقبل ومدى مساهمتها في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة وهذا من خلال دمج النظم الطبيعية والرقمية والبشرية في البيئة الحضرية لتقديم مستقبل مستدام ومزدهر لسكان المدينة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تشجيع تطبيق مفهوم المدن الذكية المستدامة عربيا من خلال وضع حوافز مثل تخفيض الضرائب على المطورين العقاريين الذين يستخدمون تقنيات مستدامة، تخفض الإنبعاثات الملوثة للهواء، وتشجيع استخدام الطاقة النظيفة خاصة الشمسية في المنازل وشبكات النقل. Abstract: This study aims to introduce the concept of future cities and the extent of their contribution to achieving the dimensions of sustainable development and this by integrating natural, digital and human systems in the urban environment to provide a sustainable and prosperous future for the city’s residents. The study concluded the importance of encouraging the application of the concept of smart sustainable cities in the Arab world by setting incentives such as reducing taxes on real estate developers who use sustainable technologies that reduce pollutant emissions to air, and encouraging the use of clean energy, especially solar, in homes and transportation networks.
