الملخص
: مما لاشك فيه ان لكل انسان صندوق يحوي بداخله اسراره وحياته الخاصة التي لا يريد لأي شخص ان يعرفها دون اذانه غير ان دخول الانترنت الى البيوت وجعلها العالم قرية صغيرة ابوابها ونوافذها مفتوحة عبر دول العالم جعل سياج خصوصية الانسان تخترق وتكشف للعيان مما جعل المشرع الجزائري يتدخل بشكل اكثر ونطاق اكبر ليضفي حمايته الجزائية على حياة الانسان الخاصة. وتهدف الدراسة الى معرفة الحق في الخصوصية عبر الانترنت ومظاهر الحماية الجنائية الموضوعية وفق قانون العقوبات الجزائري، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة توصلنا الى عدة نتائج اهمها ضرورة وضع نصوص قانونية لحماية البيانات الشخصية عبر الانترنت من خلال الاستعانة بخبراء متخصصين في هذا المجال والتأكيد على ضرورة التعاون بين مؤسسات الدولة لمواجهة الجرائم الماسة بالحياة الخاصة عبر شبكة الانترنت . There is no doubt that every person has a box containing inside his secrets and private life that he does not want any person to know without his permission But With thee entering of the Internet to homes it did made the world a small village with its doors and windows open across the countries of the world made the fence of human privacy penetrate and reveal, which made the Algerian legislator visible It interferes more and more in scope to give his criminal protection to a person's private life. The study aims to know the right to privacy via the Internet and the aspects of objective criminal protection in accordance with the Algerian Penal Code, and through this study we reached several results, the most important of which is the need to develop legal texts to protect personal data via the Internet through the use of experts specializing in this field and emphasizing the need for cooperation between institutions The state to confront crimes against private life via the internet.
