دوافع تعاطي المخدرات في الجزائر بين العوامل النفسية والاجتماعية

الملخص
تشكل ظاهرة إدمان المخدرات ظاهرة خطيرة على كافة المستويات لآثارها المدمرة على الفرد والأسرة والمجتمع. إذ تدل الإحصاءات و البيانات الدولية على تزايد الإقبال على تعاطي المخدرات، الأمر الذي يتطلب تضافر الجهود من أجل الحد من هذه الظاهرة أو القضاء عليها بأسلوب علمي وفق خطة وطنية. إن هذا التعاطي يكاد يشمل أغلب قطاعات المجتمع بشكل يهدد فئة الشباب أكثر. و ترجع خطورة المخدرات إلى أنّ تأثيرها المدمر لا يقتصر على المدمن فقط من حيث صحته الجسمية والنفسية وتوافقه الاجتماعي وقدراته الفكرية وإنتاجيته، بل يمتد إلى الأسرة والمجتمع بأسره، حيث تنعكس أثارها سلبا على كافة النواحي المرتبطة بالتنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية للمجتمع. إن بروز ظاهرة المخدرات في الجزائر و العالم العربي ككل وانتشارها بهذه السرعة وبهذا الحجم المذهل في أوساط المجتمع ولما تلعبه من تعطيل وإهدار لأهم ثروة وطنية وإنسانية فإنما يدل بدون شك عن وجود خلل في القائمين على مواجهتها والأسلوب المتبع لحلها حيث نجد أن تطور أي ظاهرة اجتماعية سلبية يدل بشكل أو بآخر على وجود نقص أو خلل في الأسلوب المتبع للقضاء عليها، ووجود المناخ المساعد على بقائها وتطورها. وقبل التطرق لأسباب انتشار هذه الظاهرة يجب علينا أن لا نتجاهل خطورتها أو نقلل من شأنها، ويجب الوقوف أمام حجم هذه الظاهرة كي نضع جميع الأطراف المعنية والتي لها علاقة بهذه الظاهرة أمام مسؤولياتها ابتداء من الجهات الرسمية بأجهزتها المختصة، وانتهاء بالأسرة والمؤسسات الشعبية والأفراد. حتى نستطيع معالجتها ونخلص المجتمع من أخطارها، كونها تمس جوهر المجتمع المتمثل في ثروته البشرية والشباب منهم خاصة، الذي يمثلون المخزون الأساسي للتنمية فيه، لهذا كان من الأهمية أن نتعرف على العوامل والأسباب التي أدت إلى انتشارها وعلى أخطارها الصحية بالإضافة لما لها من وآثار نفسية و اجتماعية وسياسية خطيرة على الشباب والمجتمع ككل. Drug addiction is a dangerous phenomenon at all levels, with devastating effects on the individual, family and society. International statistics and data indicate the increasing demand for drug abuse, which requires concerted efforts to reduce or eliminate this phenomenon in a scientific manner according to a national plan. This abuse almost includes most sectors of society in a way that threatens the youth group more. The danger of drugs is due to the fact that their destructive effect is not limited to the addict only in terms of his physical and psychological health, social compatibility, intellectual abilities and productivity, but extends to the family and society as a whole, where its effects are negatively reflected on all aspects related to the social, economic and political development of society. The emergence of the drug phenomenon in Algeria and the Arab world as a whole, and its spread at such a speed and an astonishing size among society, and the disruption and waste it plays of the most important national and human wealth, undoubtedly indicates the existence of a defect in those in charge of confronting it and the method used to solve it, as we find that the development of any social phenomenon is negative In one way or another, it indicates the existence of a deficiency or defect in the method used to eliminate it, and the existence of a climate conducive to its survival and development. Before addressing the reasons for the spread of this phenomenon, we must not ignore its seriousness or underestimate it, and we must stand in front of the scale of this phenomenon in order to put all concerned parties and those related to this phenomenon before their responsibilities, starting from the official authorities with their competent agencies, and ending with the family, popular institutions and individuals. So that we can treat it and rid society of its dangers, because it touches the essence of society represented in its human wealth and the youth in particular, who represent the basic stock of development in it. That is why it was important to know the factors and causes that led to its spread and its health risks, in addition to its dangerous psychological, social and political effects on youth and society as a whole.
