الملخص
ملخص : هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الكفاءات المهنية الواجب توفرها لدى الأستاذ الجامعي حسب نظر الطلبة واتبعت الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم إختيار العينة بطريقة عشوائية والتي تكونت من (100) طالب وطالبة بجامعة خميس مليانة، بغية الوصول إلى هدف الدراسة وإستخدم إستبانة الكفاءات المهنية لصاحبه "أسامة كريشان"، وكانت المعالجة عن طريق الحزمة الإحصائية Spss وتوصلت الباحثتان إلى النتائج على أنه هناك مستوى الكفاءات المهنية للأساتذة الجامعيين من وجهة نظر الطلبة منخفض، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الكفاءات المهنية للأساتذة الجامعيين من وجهة نظر الطلبة حسب تخصص بيولوجيا وعلوم التربية لصالح تخصص البيولوجيا، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الكفاءات المهنية للأساتذة الجامعيين من وجهة نظر الطلبة حسب الجنس ذكر وأنثى. Abstract : The study aimed to determine the professional competencies that a university professor should have according to the students’ view. The current study followed the descriptive approach, where the sample was chosen randomly, in order to reach the goal of the study and used the professional competencies questionnaire of its owner “Osama Krishan”, and the treatment was through the statistical package Spss The two researchers reached the results that there is a low level of professional competencies for university professors from the students’ point of view, and there are statistically significant differences in the professional competencies of university professors from the students’ point of view according to the specialization of biology and education sciences in favor of the specialty of biology, there are no statistically significant differences in professional competencies For university professors from the students' point of view, by gender, male and female.
