الملخص
ملخص: تبنت الجزائر منذ عقد من الزمن نهجا اقتصاديا يعتمد على المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، بالنظر للنجاح الباهر الذي حققه هذا النوع من المؤسسات على المستوى العالمي، إذ باتت تشكل مفتاح النهضة والتقدم الاقتصاديين في جميع القطاعات. وفي هذا الصدد يعد القطاع الفلاحي رابط مهم في النسيج الوطني، ومما لاشك فيه فإن تطور قطاع الفلاحة لا يمكن أن يكون إلا بفعالية مؤسساته. تأتي هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على دور المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في القطاع الفلاحي للجزائر خلال الفترة (2010-2020)، وقد تم التوصل إلى أن هناك عزوف لهذه المؤسسات عن ميدان الفلاحة ما كان له بالغ الأثر على مؤشرات الإنتاج، القيمة المضافة، التشغيل والتصدير للقطاع رغم الامكانيات التي يزخر بها، والتي يعول عليها لتحقيق الأمن الغذائي وإحداث التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر. Abstract: In Algeria, an economic approach based on SMEs has been adopted, given the success achieved by these enterprises worldwide, and they have become the key to economic progress. In this regard, the agriculture is an important link in the national economic fabric. There is no doubt that the development of the agriculture sector can only be effected by SMEs. this study came to shed light on the contributions of SMEs in the Algerian agricultural sector During the period (2010-2020), it has been concluded that there is a reluctance of enterprises from the agricultural, which affected the indicators of production, added value, employment and export of the sector and the achievement of food security and bringing about economic diversification in Algeria. Résumé : En Algérie, une approche économique basée sur les PME a été adoptée, compte tenu du succès remporté par ces entreprises dans le monde, et elles sont devenues la clé du Décollage économique. A cet égard, l'agriculture est un maillon important du tissu économique national. Il ne fait aucun doute que le développement du secteur agricole ne peut être effectué que par les PME. cette étude est venue éclairer les apports des PME dans le secteur agricole algérien Au cours de la période (2010-2020), il a été conclu qu'il existe une réticence des entreprises issues du secteur agricole, ce qui a affecté les indicateurs de production, de valeur ajoutée, l'emploi et l'exportation du secteur et la réalisation de la sécurité alimentaire et la diversification économique en Algérie.
