Description The Journal El kistas of Management, Economic and Finance is a semi-annual, international, refereed, and it is a free academic Journal published by the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Algiers3 - Algeria. The Journal publishes Academic researchs for researchers and professionals and focuses its publications in the fields of management, economics and finance and accounting. The Journal also aims to raise its level of research published, and scientific recognition by universities and academic researchers of national, Arab countries and in the world and seeking to be ranked, including the indexing data for scientific journals. The Journal also publishes the original scientific studies and researches, which reflect the latest research and development in the practical aspects of the national and international economy. The journal is published in both print and electronic editions. A team of arbitrators in various relevant disciplines from national universities and foreign research centers which arbitrate the articles. Since its establishment in 2019, the Journal is publishing its research in three languages: Arabic, French and English, at the time of issue June and December.

سياحة القوارب مدخل لاستدامة الصيد البحري: استعراض تجربة المحمية البحرية-تازة لإطلاق المشروع

الملخص: يصب موضوع هذه الورقة البحثية ضمن المساعي الدولية والإقليمية لتبني ابتكارات لاستدامة مجال الصيد البحري. لقد هدفت الدراسة لاستعراض وتحليل العلاقة بين سياحة القوارب واستدامة الصيد البحري، وتسليط الضوء على تجربة المحمية البحرية 'تازة' (الجزائر). من أهم ما توصلت اليه الدراسة، أن نشاط سياحة القوارب يحمل في طياته تحديات وفرصا مترابطة مع استدامة الصيد البحري في الجزائر، كما أن تبني هذا النشاط يتطلب تكاثف الجهود لعدة أطراف فاعلة ، وهو ما صعّب حاليا من مهمة الوصول إلى توافق كلي وتوحيد الرؤى.

État des lieux de l'aquaculture en Algérie

Résumé: Le but de cet article est de présenter un aperçu sur la stratégie nationale pour l’économie bleue à travers le secteur halieutique en Algérie. Les points abordés concernent l'état des lieux du secteur de l'aquaculture en Algérie à travers l’analyse de quelques indicateurs à savoir la production halieutique totale, la production aquacole ainsi que sa position aussi bien à l'échelle mondiale qu'africaine. Les données en notre possession montrent que la production aquacole en Algérie est relativement faible et n'arrive pas a comblée les besoins du pays.
