الملخص
تتناول الدراسة الهبة الديموغرافية في البصرة ودورها في التنمية الاقتصادية لأهمية المورد البشري المستدام لاسيما السكان في سن العمل أو ما يطلق عليه بالهبة الديموغرافية المحصورة بين السن (15-64 عاما) ، بهدف تسليط الضوء على هذه الفئة العمرية وما يمكن أن تقوم به في دفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية ، ويتناول البحث مفهوم الهبة الديموغرافية ومؤشراتها في محافظة البصرة ، واستثمارها في التنمية الاقتصادية ، والمحددات التي تواجه ذلك ، وقد توصل البحث إلى أن محافظة البصرة مقبلة على الهبة الديموغرافية خلال السنوات القادمة ويمكن استثمارها من خلال توفير التعليم الجيد والتدريب والتأهيل للفئات الشابة النشطة اقتصادياً ، وتمكين المرأة ، وتوسيع التعليم المهني ، وتوفير فرص العمل . The study deals with the demographic endowment in Basra and its role in economic development due to the importance of a sustainable human resource, especially the working-age population, or the so-called demographic endowment between the ages (15-64 years), with the aim of shedding light on this age group and what it can do in advancing the wheel. Economic development, and the research deals with the concept of the demographic endowment and its indicators in the province of Basra, and its investment in economic development, and the determinants that face it. Empowering women, expanding vocational education, and providing job opportunities. L'étude porte sur la dotation démographique à Bassora et son rôle dans le développement économique en raison de l'importance d'une ressource humaine durable, en particulier la population en âge de travailler, ou la soi-disant dotation démographique entre les âges (15-64 ans), avec le but de faire la lumière sur cette tranche d'âge et ce qu'elle peut faire pour faire avancer la roue. Le développement économique, et la recherche porte sur le concept de la dotation démographique et ses indicateurs dans la province de Bassora, et son investissement dans le développement économique, et les déterminants auxquels il est confronté. Autonomiser les femmes, élargir l'enseignement professionnel et offrir des opportunités d'emploi.
