أهمية التطبيقات الصحية في دبلوماسية القوة الناعمة الصينية في ظل التحديات الراهنة: جائحة كوفيد- 19 نموذجا

الملخص
في ظل تصاعد التحديات المرتبطة بالصحة في العلاقات الدولية وفشل مأسسة منظومات دولية أو عالمية تعمل على احتوائها ومعالجتها، أدركت الصين أهمية استمرارها في تبني تطبيقات صحية تعزز من قوتها الناعمة وتدفعها نحو تحقيق مصالحها الإقتصادية وأهدافها الجيوسياسية خصوصا بتوفرها على المقومات المطلوبة للإستثمار في واقع الصحة العالمية وما يعرفه من نمو مطرد لمهددات أنساقه التعاونية، وقد بلغ هذا التوجه أوجه مع جائحة كوفيد 19 أين تفوقت القوة الناعمة الصينية محققة مكتسبات عديدة وجملة من المصالح، غير أنها لم تكن بالشكل الحاسم المتوافق مع كامل طموحاتها وأهم أهدافها الإستراتيجية كتصورها لشكل النظام الدولي وتفاعلات وحداته نظرا لمعوقات عديدة أهمها تفوق المنافس الأمريكي في أغلب صور وأشكال القوة الناعمة الأخرى إلى جانب تلك المرتبطة بالقوة الصلبة، لكن و بالرغم من كل التحديات الموجودة فقد عزز التزام الدبلوماسية الصينية في الإستفادة من قضايا الصحة العالمية إمكانيات وفرص البلد في تشكيل قطب مهم في النظام الدولي والسياسة العالمية. Abstract: In light of the escalating challenges related to health in international relations and the failure institutionalizing international or global systems working to contain and deal with it, china has realized the importance of continuing to adobt health applications enhance its soft power and push it towards a dieving its economic interest and its geopolitical goals especially with the availability of the required ingredients to invest in the reality of global health and its increasing growth to threats to its cooperative systems, this trend has reached its peak with covid 19 pandemic where Chinese soft power has escalled and achieved many gains and a number of interests. However, it was not decisive and consistent with all its ambitions and important strategic objectives Such as its perception of the shape of the international system And the interactions of its units Due to many obstacles, the most important of which is the superiority of the American competitor In most other forms of soft power Besides those associated with hard power, But despite all the challenges that exist The commitment of Chinese diplomacy to take advantage of global health issues has strengthened The country's capabilities and opportunities in forming an important pole in the international system and global politics.
