إدارة الأزمة التعليمية في ظل انتشار الوباء العالمي كوفيد19 - التعليم عن بعد في الجامعة الجزائرية أنموذجا- دراسة ميدانية The Educational Crisis Management Throughout The Global Outbreak Of Covid-19 Pandemic– Distance Education In The Algerian University As A Sample – A Field Study.

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على إدارة الأزمات التعليمية في ظل الأزمة الصحية 19كوفيد، من خلال معرفة مستوى تسيير الإدارة أثناء الأزمة الفعلية، وقد تم إسقاط الدراسة هذه حول التعليم عن بعد في الجامعة الجزائرية، حيث تم إجراء هذه الدراسة في الوسط الجامعي لسنة 2021-2022، وقد تكونت العينة من 30 أستاذا وأستاذة، حيث تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة القصدية، أما أداة الدراسة فقد تم تصميمها من طرف الباحثتين بناءا على مكتسبات قبلية، ودراسات علمية سابقة تم الاطلاع عليها، وقد تكون استبيان الدراسة من 24 بندا يقيس كل فرضيات الدراسة الحالية، حيث خضع الاستبيان في بنائه للصدق والثبات وكذلك التحكيم من طرف الباحثين، أما المنهج العلمي الذي تم تبنيه في الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يصف الظاهرة ثم يحللها تحليلا علميا، أما الأساليب الإحصائية المتبعة هي اختبار ليفين للكشف عن مستوى التجانس(f)، مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية، المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، درجة الحرية، قيم (t)، وفق أسئلة محددة للوصول للنتائج المرجوة. Abstract: This study aims at identifying the management of educational crisis in the light of Covid-19 health crisis, by knowing the management level during the actual time of crisis, therefore the study hasbeen conducted on distance education in the Algerian universities, andhasbeen carried out at the university environment, throughout the academic year of 2021-2022. The sample consisted of 30male and femaleteachers, chosen as a non-probable sample, whereas the study tool hasbeen designed by the researchers, and it’s based on prior knowledge, previously reviewed academic studies and the study survey consisting of 24 units, which measure all the study hypothesis, as the survey hasbeen subjected to authenticity and reliability, as well as to arbitration by researchers. The descriptive analytical approach has been usedfordescribing the phenomenon and analyzing it scientifically. Whereas the followed statistical approaches are: Levene's test for equality of variances (F), level of statistical significance, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, degree of freedom,
