الملخص
نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة العلمية لدراسة معوقات وصعوبات التعليم عن بعد التي واجهت الطلبة في ظل أزمة كوفيد 19 وآثارها عليهم، اعتمادا على توزيع استبيان على عينة من طلبة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية وعلوم التجارية والتسيير لجامعة الجزائر3. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن ضعف شبكة الأنترنيت أهم عائق بالنسبة للطلبة مع توفر التقنيات المساعدة في التعليم عن بعد لدى أغلب الطلبة، كما أن طريقة القاء وعرض الدروس عبر المنصة لم يستحسنه الطلبة باعتباره يعتمد على بدل مجهود كبير منهم من أجل التحصيل العلمي، ما شكل عائق أمام حضور الطلبة للدروس عن بعد، نتائج الدراسة أيضا أظهرت تأثير العامل النفسي للأزمة على الطلبة بشعورهم المتزايد بالقلق إزاء الأوضاع الصحية للمحيطين بهم، ما انعكس على تركيزهم من جهة وعلى فقدان رغبتهم في مواصلة التعليم من جهة أخرى، أكد أغلب الطلبة (56%) أن التحصيل العلمي أصبح أكثر صعوبة خلال التعليم عن بعد مقارنة بالتعليم الحضوري مايدل على عدم تقبلهم و عدم رضاهم عن التجربة. The aim of this paperis to stady Obstacles and difficulties of distance education that students faced in light of the Covid 19 crisis and its effects on them Based on the distribution of a questionnaire to a sample of students of the Faculty of Economics, Commercial Sciences and Management of the University of Algiers 3. The results of the study confirmed that the weakness of the Internet is the most important obstacle for students, with the availability of assistive technologies for distance learning for all students.The method of delivering and presenting lessons via the platform also was not recommended by students, as it depends on an allowance for a great effort from them for educational achievement .Which is an obstacle to students attending remote lessons, the results of the study also showed the impact of the psychological factor of the crisis on students with their increasing feeling of concern about the health conditions of those around them This was reflected in their focus on the one hand, and their loss of their desire to continue education on the other. Most of the students (56%) confirmed that educational attainment had become more difficult during distance education compared to in-person education, which indicates their lack of acceptance and dissatisfaction with the experience.
