An In-depth Study For A Proposed National Cyber Security Strategy For Digital Economy In Alegria

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the national cybersecurity strategies for eighteen countries, in terms of concept, vision, objectives, principles, and main action plans at the operational level. In addition, this study seeks to provide a proposed vision for a national strategy for cybersecurity that focuses on supporting the digital economy in Algeria. The study concluded that to achieve this vision, a strategy must first be formulated that makes cybersecurity a key factor in protecting the digital economy and society. This strategy should focus on improving information security systems, providing high-tech technology for cybersecurity purposes, and building the capabilities of human resources in this field, in addition to developing the judicial and security system and making it in line with international developments.
