فاعلية الإدارة الإلكترونية في تطوير عمل المؤسسات لمواكبة التطور الرقمي

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى إبراز دور الإدارة الإلكترونية والحاجة إليها في كافة الشركات والأثر الإيجابي المباشر الذي يعود عليها من ذلك فيما يخص استثمارها في المؤسسات. حيث هدفت الدراسة إلى إيجاد العلاقة بين الإدارة الإلكترونية وتطوير عمل المؤسسات، أيضاً التعرف على معوقات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية، وأخيراً هل هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيّة عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05). بين إجابات عينة الدراسة عن فاعلية الإدارة الإلكترونية في تطوير عمل المؤسسات لمواكبة التطور الرقمي تُعزى إلى متغير الجنس، والخبرة، واستخدام التكنولوجيا. تكونت عينة الدراسة من عدد (56) موظف بمؤسسة خاصة في محافظة المفرق، تم استخدام الاستبانه كأداة لهذه الدراسة والتي تم تصميمها من قبل الباحثة بعد الاطلاع على العديد من الرسائل والكتب ذات الصلة بموضوع الدراسة. كما جاءت أهم نتائج الدراسة بأنّ أفراد العينة موافقين بدرجة كبيرة على عبارات محور دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تطوير عمل المؤسسات، ودور الإدارة الإلكترونية في التطور الرقمي، ومعوقات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية. أيضاً أنّ أفراد العينة متفقين من حيث الجنس، والخبرة، واستخدام التكنولوجيا على فاعلية الإدارة الإلكترونية في تطوير عمل المؤسسات لمواكبة التطور الرقمي، ولا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيّة بينهم. This study aimed to highlight the role of electronic management and the need of it in all companies and the direct positive impact that it has on them with regard to their investment in institutions. Where the study aimed to identify the role of electronic management in the development of the work of institutions, the role of electronic management in digital development, and to identify the obstacles to the application of electronic management, and finally, are there statistically significant differences at the significance level of (0.05) between the answers of the study sample on the effectiveness of electronic management in developing the work of institutions to keep pace with Digital development attributed to the variable gender, experience and the use of technology. The study sample consisted of (56) employees of a private institution in Mafraq Governorate. The most important results of the study were sample members who agreed to a large extent on the statements of the axis of the role of electronic management in developing the work of institutions, the role of electronic management in digital development, and the obstacles to the application of electronic management. Also, the sample members are in agreement in terms of gender, experience, and the use of technology on the effectiveness of electronic management in developing the work of institutions to keep pace with digital development, and there are no differences between them.
