ملخص: نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على لجنة المساعدة على تحديد الموقع وترقية الاستثمار وضبط العقار في مجال الاستثمار، بالتطرق إلى أهم النصوص التشريعية المنظمة للجنة، وتحديد دورها كهيئة محلية، تساهم في تنمية الاستثمار، وتهيئ الأرضية المناسبة لجلب المستثمرين، وتكرس السياسة الاقتصادية المراد تطبيقها، وذلك من خلال إبراز دور اللجنة في ترقية الاستثمار، وضبط العقار، ومدى مساهمتها في الحفاظ على العقار الاستثماري وجعله في متناول المستثمرين بما يضمن تحقيق الإقلاع الاقتصادي المنشود Abstract: Through this research paper, we seek to shed light on the Committee of Assistance in Site Selection, Promotion of Investment, and Control of Real Estate in the field of investment, by addressing the most important legislative texts regulating the Committee, and defining its role as a local body that contributes to investment development, prepares the appropriate ground for attracting investors, and establishes economic policy To be applied, by highlighting the role of the committee in promoting investment, controlling real estate, and the extent of its contribution to preserving investment real estate and making it accessible to investors in a way that guarantees the desired economic take-off
