الملخص
ملخص: توجهت السياسة الاقتصادية في الجزائر بعد الركود الاقتصادي الذي شهدته سنة 2018 إلى التركيز على إقلاع اقتصادي حقيقي "جزائر جديدة"، من خلال سن جملة من النصوص القانونية الجديدة المتعلقة بالاستثمار، في سعي من المشرع الجزائري إلى إرساء قانون يهدف أساسا إلى وضع ضمانات جديدة ومزايا تحفيزية، من شأنها المساهمة الفعلية في جذب استثمارات وطنية وأجنبية، تحقق تنمية اقتصادية ناجعة وفعالة من خلال المشاريع الاستثمارية في مختلف الميادين وفقا لمقاربة تجمع بين ضرورة جذب المستثمرين من جهة و متطلبات البيئة من جهة أخرى. Economic policy in Algeria, after the economic recession witnessed in 2018, focused on a real economic take-off, a "new Algeria", through the enactment of a number of new legal texts related to investment, in an attempt by the Algerian legislator to establish a law that mainly aims to establish new guarantees and incentive benefits. , that would contribute effectively to attracting national and foreign investments, achieving efficient and effective economic development through investment projects in various fields, according to an approach that combines the need to attract investors on the one hand, and the requirements of the environment on the other hand.
