تحليل ظاهرة الفقر والفقراء الجدد في العالم والبلدان العربية في ظل جائحة كوفيد-19

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة وتحليل ظاهرة الفقر والفقراء الجدد في العالم بشكل عام والعالم العربي بشكل خاص في ظل الأزمة الوبائية كوفيد-19، وذلك باعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم التوصل إلى أن تأثيرات هذه الأزمة كانت وخيمة على الفقراء، حيث زاد عدد الفقراء الجدد بشكل واضح في العالم والدول العربية، بسبب سقوط الطبقات التي تقع فوق خط الفقر مباشرة في براثن الفقر، فالتداعيات الاقتصادية للوباء أثرت على الجانب الاجتماعي للأفراد في العالم، وزادت حالة الفقراء سوءا في الدول العربية، لذا يجب على هذه الدول أن تعتمد حزمة من الإجراءات لتدارك الوضع. This research aims to study and analyze the phenomenon of poverty and the new poor in the world in general and the arab world in particular in light of the epidemic crisis of Covid-19, by adopting the descriptive and analytical approach. It was concluded that the effects of this crisis were severe on the poor, as the number of the new poor increased clearly in the world and the arab countries, due to the fall of classes directly above the poverty line into poverty. The economic repercussions of the epidemic affected the social aspect of individuals in the world and the condition of the poor worsened in the arab countries. Therefore, these countries must adopt a package of measures to reform the situation.
