حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية كآلية دعم ومرافقة المؤسسات الناشئة سعيا لتجسيد أهداف التنمية المستدامة

الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال إلى تبيان مدى مواءمة وتوافق الشركات الناشئة مع النظام الاقتصادي الحديث الموسوم بالسرعة و الحداثة و النجاعة بالنظر للظروف الجديدة و المتجددة التي شهدها بفضل القدر الكبير من التقنيات و الطرق الحديثة المبتكرة يوميا و التي تحكم وتسير مختلف الأنشطة الاقتصادية هذا من جهة ولما تحمله الشركات الناشئة من أفكار إبداعية وتتصف به من سرعة في النمو وسهولة في التأقلم و البيئة الاقتصادية ، هاته الأخيرة بمعنى السهولة في التأقلم تعد نسبية إذا ما قورنت بمشكلة تمويل هاته المؤسسات الناجمة عن عدم قدرتها للتوجه لمؤسسات الإقراض لغياب الماضي المالي لها وبين هذا وذاك تحل حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية كمذلل لمشكل الإقراض بمنح الشركات الناشئة فرصة تجسيد الأفكار الإبداعية المحمولة و الاستمرار وبالنتيجة تحقيق أهدافها التي تصب في مضمار أهداف التنمية المستدامة. تحقيقا لما سبق تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الملائم لطبيعة الموضوع. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة مدى مساهمة الشركات الناشئة في مواكبة متطلبات العولمة الاقتصادية، غير أن مواكبتها ومساهمتها هاته مرهونة بضمان استمراريتها بعد تخطيها لمشكل التمويل التي تعد حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية أحد حلوله. This article aims to show the compatibility and compatibility of start-ups with the modern economic system characterized by speed, modernity and efficiency in view of the new and renewed conditions that it witnessed thanks to the large amount of technologies and innovative modern methods on a daily basis that govern and run various economic activities on the one hand and what companies bear emerging from creative ideas and characterized by rapid growth and ease of adaptation and the economic environment, the latter in the sense of ease in adaptation is relative when compared to the problem of financing these institutions resulting from their inability to go to lending institutions due to the absence of their financial past, and between this and that the technological business incubators solve as an alleviation of the problem of lending by giving start-ups the opportunity to embody portable creative ideas and continuity, and as a result, achieving its goals that fall within the scope of sustainable development goals . In order to achieve the above, the descriptive analytical approach appropriate to the nature of the subject was adopted. The results of the study showed the extent to which emerging companies contribute to keeping pace with the requirements of economic globalization, but their keeping pace and contribution depends on ensuring their continuity after overcoming the problem of financing, of which technological business incubators are one of the solutions.
