الملخص
لقد احتلت الصحافة المطبوعة لأزمنة طويلة مكانة مرموقة في حياة الناس و المجتمعات و أدت أدوارا مهمة، لكن ظهور الصحافة الالكترونية، جعل المختصين و الباحثين يطرحون انشغال منافسة هذه الوسيلة الجديدة لها ويتنبئون بزوالها، هذا الأمر جعلنا نهتم في مقالنا هذا بموضوع الصحافة الالكترونية، ونهدف من خلاله إلى تحديد مفهومها، والتعرف على خصائصها التي جعلتها تنافس الصحافة الورقية، ونعالج أيضا مسألة التحديات التي تواجهها في ظل التحولات المستمرة للبيئة الرقمية وسبل ارتقائها و استمرارها. واستنتجنا بأن الصحافة الالكترونية رغم انتشارها منذ النصف الأخير من القرن 20 وتطور أشكالها وخدماتها، إلا أنها تواجه تحديات تكنولوجية، اقتصادية، أخلاقية و مهنية، وتحديات أخرى سنتطرق إليها، ووجب على أصحاب هذه الصحف وعلى الحكومات والجامعات التعاون واخذ التدابير المناسبة من أجل استمرار وارتقاء هذه الوسيلة و تقديم محتوى إعلامي مناسب لتطلعات القراء الرقميين والمجتمعات. Printed press had a prominent place in the lives of people and societies for a long time and played important roles, but the emergence of the electronic press led researchers to think about competing with this medium for it and predicting its demise, through this article we seek to define the concept of electronic journalism, and identify its characteristics And the challenges it faces in light of the continuous technological transformations and the ways of their advancement and continuity. We concluded that the electronic press, despite its spread since the last half of the twentieth century and the development of its forms and services, it faces technological, economic, ethical and professional challenges, and other challenges, and the owners of these newspapers and governments and universities must cooperate and take Appropriate measures for the continuation of this medium and the provision of appropriate informative content to digital readers and to societies in general.
